We provide services to employers, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers in the construction and oil & gas industries. The office has a historic focus on high value-add contract advice & dispute resolution services (claim, arbitration and expert witness) alongside a healthy mix of contract administration and advisory appointments. The workload tends toward the high value projects (infrastructure, onshore oil & gas, large commercial and public buildings) with a predominance of EPC projects in recent years. Our involvement varies from long-term commissions throughout the entire project life of several years to add hoc appointments for specific advice or services.
